I agree...if it's something readily found on the internet, you can share it. If it's something you have created/discovered on your own, keep it your own trade secret :)
I think team challenges are a great idea! I haven't done one yet, but my other etsy team seems to do them pretty frequently (at least once a month.) I think it could be a really great way to boost member involvement and I'm looking forward to seei...

How do you store your "stuff"?
So if you're like me, you probably buy things assuming you'll use them up soon after getting them, then things just pile up and get out of control. Sound familiar? :)
