The part in Alchemy that tells you to send an invoice is basically a suggestion and reminder to make sure you do get paid before you send your artwork out. I had an alchemy request last week and I sent the buyer an invoice after creating ...
I think they are ADORABLE! People really like personalized items. You could do 2 shops just to keep your styles separate - I'm no expert though. All I can say is try it - what do you really have to lose?

Quick question about alchemy. When someone accepts your bid and you agree to make it, it says you can send an invoice, but everyone has already paid before I've needed to do that. Can someone help out my tired brain? How would I send ...
I just looked up this question in the forums on Etsy. They said that images have to be sent in a convo.
It would be nice to be able to send them right along with your bid though...wouldn't it?
I usually upload example pictures on a free image hosting site like Imageshack or Photobucket or flickr. Other times I point them to Etsy listings that demonstrate my skills and things like that.

when a person requests an item on Alchemy and wants to see pics instead of I can do this or that - is there a way to add pics that I'm not seeing? Help!

Wow, life has been crazy and this is my first post which I'm embarrassed of!
I know Megan had done this awhile back, but I wanted to share as well.
My blog includes my Etsy work as well as the decorating of my home, scrapbook layouts, cakes and sugar cookies.
